Assessment Fees

​​1. Cognitive or IQ test (e.g., WISC-V) to identify cognitive strengths and weaknesses and risk factors for learning problems like working memory (this will include a functional capacity ax if a diagnosis of intellectual disability is explored) - $1,200 (incl GST).​​​​
2. Comprehensive learning assessment to explore a specific learning disorder like dyslexia or dyscalculia. This includes an IQ test and an achievement test of reading, writing and maths. It may include phonological processing and anxiety/mood/attention assessments as deemed necessary - $1,600 (incl GST).
​3. Assessment for Attention-deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) which includes a cognitive assessment, detailed history taking, semi-structured interview with parent (and child if old enough), teacher interview, and behavioural questionnaires for parents and teacher - $1,600 (incl GST).
​​4. Autism (ASD) assessment which includes a cognitive assessment, detailed history taking, comprehensive teenager, parent and teacher interviews (MIGDAS), and questionnaires as relevant for parents and teachers - $2,000 (incl GST).​​​​
​
5. For an ASD/ADHD combined ax the cost is $2,400 (incl GST).
